CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IF I CHANGED MY MIND?

Sharks Store offer 30 day returns on all orders. If you change your mind, or if a product is not suitable, the item can be returned for a full refund if the below conditions are met. (excluding freight costs).

Please go to your Account to lodge your return.

You can return your item (excludes worn items, jewellery and personalised products) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if the following is met:

  • You have the original receipt to supply
  • The item is unused and in its original, re-sellable condition
  • The original tags are still attached

If the above conditions are not met your item(s) will be sent back to you.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

If you believe that your product has a major fault, please contact The Sharks Store on (02) 9527 8261. You will be required to provide proof of purchase (ie. your receipt), along with photos of the faulty product and/or we may require you to send the item back for assessment. A major problem is when the item:

  • Has a major fault that would have stopped you from buying if you knew about it
  • Is unsafe
  • Is significantly different from the sample or description
  • Doesn’t do what we said it would do and can’t be easily fixed

Following assessment, if your item is deemed to have a major fault you will be refunded in full.
If the fault is not major, we will endeavour to repair the item within a reasonable timeframe. If it cannot be repaired in a reasonable timeframe you can choose a refund or replacement.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM AND EXCHANGE IT FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

Please go to your Account to lodge your return. All exchanges will be at the customers expense. Please return your item, along with the return form to: Sharks Store PO BOX 2219, Taren Point NSW 2229. Remember to include a self-addressed post bag.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

CAN I REFUND AN ITEM PAID BY A GIFT CARD?

Any purchases made using a gift card can be returned for store-credit only.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

All refunds are processed within 24hours of receiving your package. Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take 3-5 working days to show in your account.

If you paid for your order using Afterpay, you are still able to receive a refund. If you made any payments, Afterpay will process a refund back to your card. If you have an outstanding payment due Afterpay will automatically cancel your payment schedule.
