Returns & Exchanges

In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can post your item along with a note detailing your return/exchange to: 

Sharks Store – PO Box 2219, Taren Point NSW 2229.

*Please note, we will only accept returns/exchanges if it falls within our 14 day returns policy (from date of delivery)

- Proof of purchase receipt must be provided

- Items are in bought condition, including unworn, original packaging and all swing tags attached to the garment.

Once our team have received your return, if found to be in original condition and the above criteria is met, our team can process your requested exchange or refund.

We suggest returning your items by recorded delivery, registered post or your local equivalent as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit.

We recommend emailing us prior to returning item/s so our team can expect your return. Email to include Invoice Number, Tracking Information and Details of the Exchange/Refund.

FOR EXCHANGES, PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING IN YOUR PARCEL:

  1. Product with tags.
  2. Invoice including detailed note of exchange/refund.
  3. Reply-Paid satchel with return address filled out.

In the event you have received an incorrect item:

Please contact the Sharks Store Team via email at shop@sharks.com.au and provide a copy of your order invoice and photos of the incorrect item(s) received.

Our team will then action appropriately and provide next steps to have the correct order sent to you as soon as possible.
